Abstract

In the present text some of the main drifts are pointed out after the "crisis of Marxism" and the "crisis of socialism", emphasis is placed on the collapse of "Fordist-Marxism" and its idea of progress. Attending to these critical points, it seeks to locate the theoretical and political consequences of the "philosophy of history" embodied in the Marxism of the twentieth century. Likewise, relying on the contributions of Althusser, it seeks to reestablish the theoretical and political problem of reading Marx Capital. A brief proposal of reading the text of Marx is drawn.
