The present text aims to present an alternative to the reparation of indigenous LGBTI victims of the Colombian internal armed conflict. To do this, this paper shows examples of the forms of reparation recognized at national and international level. Later, it indicates the models of action that currently exist in favor of indigenous and LGBTI communities. In the same way, based on the latest studies, we’re going to reference the reparation perspective analyzed from the context of the Wayuu indigenous people who are recognized as LGBTI. Finally, this text shows a series of recommendations that might be applied during the development of the Peace Agreement within the indigenous territory. The latter, with the exclusive goal of building an effective antecedent that opens the way to the consolidation of a particular model of reparation, the investigation shows the ideal one to the state about the peace and the victims who have been directly or indirectly marked by the scourge of war.
