Abstract

This article presents the main findings of a Bachelor of Science Thesis in Education. It analyzes the educational policies issued in the province of Buenos Aires during the Covid-19 Pandemic to guarantee to the right to education of Youths, Adults and Older Adults. First, it describes, systematizes and analyzes the regulations for pedagogical continuity. As part of the systematization and description of educational policies, it organizes 3 periods (cross horizontal and temporal), depending on the discourses that managed to impose themselves in each of them. To this end, we try to glimpse signifiers, and the relationship between them, that configure the right to education at the Secondary Level of Youth, Adults and Older Adults during the pandemic. Secondly, it makes a recapitulation of educational policies and presents some reflections on the importance of carrying out studies that deepen the subject addressed, that analyze the implementation of educational policies and that evaluate the impact of these measures, considering the school as a social space in coexistence with the place of Adult Education and its meaning in each period and the redefinition of the pedagogical subjects of the modality.
