The particularities of the community reintegration model adopted by the FARC-EP, together with the adoption of the gender approach in the 2016 peace agreement, make it relevant to recover the experiences of women signatories. This article aims to analyze the process of reincorporation of Farian women from the Hector Ramirez Village, Municipality of Montañita-Caquetá. The qualitative research was conducted through interviews, life stories and field trips in the village. The results highlight the expansion of the idea of reincorporation including dimensions that transcend the individual process, highlighting the community leaders of these women and their reflections on gender and feminism. The text concludes by highlighting the reincorporation not only as a state commitment but as a political commitment of these women for reparation and peace building in their territories, aimed at bridging the gaps of inequality and poverty in the Colombian countryside, which involves sharing the benefits of reintegration with the other inhabitants and residents of the area.
